As a Project Management Intern, you will support the Project Manager and project team in planning, executing, and monitoring ongoing projects. You will gain hands-on experience in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication among team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities.

• Monitor project progress and prepare status updates or progress reports.

• Help maintain project documentation (meeting minutes, schedules, drawings, reports, claims)

• Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets under the guidance of the Project Manager.

• Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, or suppliers.

• Assist in identifying project risks and issues and help propose mitigation actions.

• Support administrative and logistical tasks to ensure project efficiency.

• Contribute to process improvement or documentation standardization.
