We are a bootstrapped start-up based in Singapore in the HRTech space. We are trying to create a platform for companies to hire talent easily through a speed interviewing format. Right now in the MVP stage already and running UATs with a government agency, Hireplace is in the stage of seed funding to bring us to market in 2020.
We are looking for an intern who could journey alongside us on this milestone. You will work directly with the founding team and experience first-hand what it is like to build a start-up from scratch. The intern will also be joining us on pitches as well as client presentations and for pitch events all over Singapore and possibly in Asia.
Responsibilities:
• Draft business plans including research and testing revenue models
• Craft of Pitch Decks to pitch for funding.
• Help establish pipeline of potential seed-stage VCs and pitch together with founding team
• Build sales lead pipeline for end clients as well as establish channel sales pipeline across key markets across Asia. Target clients include Indeed, Spotify, Apple and Google. Markets of interest include Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, China.
• Business develop and support in project implementation
• Create lead generation programs
• Build Marketing Strategy and manage marketing activities ATL and BTL
• Assist to recruit across the various functions
