We welcome you to join us as a Camp Instructor/Facilitator! This is a freelance position. You will be contracted on a project-basis for our camps that fit your schedule. Remuneration is also on a project basis and varies from program to program.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Camp in Charge in all aspects of local and overseas camps
- Conduct interactive activities with youths
- Facilitate fun and learning within the group
- Maintain participants' discipline at all times
- Assist in logistical setup
Requirements:
- Vibrant and dynamic
- Passion and drive in working with youths
- Minimum 18 years old
- Available to commit for projects in your free time
- Commit to overnight camps eg 3D2N/2D1N
As part of our initiative to level up your skills, you will be required to attend High Achievers' Facilitator Training Course. This is a 2 day non-residential course for us to bring your skill level up on par with our HA instructors. You will learn key faciliation skills as well as basic outdoor camp craft to build your confidence in running projects with us.
Course fee: $25
(includes certification, refreshments and 2 camp instructor T-shirts)
