Herald Homestay – Sales & Marketing Intern

Responsibilities (non-concluding)

• Handle the maintenance of social media pages, especially Facebook & Google+ 
• Generate content, blog posts, photos (camera provided) for the website 
• Generate posts, backlinks and advertisement on other relevant websites, classifieds, directories 
• Source for sale leads
• Handle the leads system 
• Responsible for sale, marketing execution and admin tasks
• Assist Managing Director to organize day-to-day operations by meeting with partners, settling urgent operation tasks, handling students' administrative issues
• Doing up of homestays accommodation brochure 
• Responsible for working with our marketing partner to ensure digital marketing timeline is on track and our collaterals are well managed 
• Responsible for service quality and students' satisfaction, have fun with the students! 

Expectations

• Based in Singapore
• Fluent in English. Other Mandarin and languages are a plus
• Organized and able to manage time efficiently
• Able to work autonomously
• Dynamic, with a proactive attitude
• Detail-oriented
