Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Helpling Singapore, you will play an important role in identifying and evaluating talent to meet our hiring needs. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, with a specific focus on blue-collared workers. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligns with our company’s value.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct interviews with candidates for blue-collar positions, emphasizing their qualifications, skills, and experience.
  2. Utilize structured interview techniques and behavioral assessments for objective evaluations.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor interview assessments to specific job requirements.
  4. Offer constructive feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate interviews.
  5. Assist in refining recruitment processes and tools.
  6. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and interview outcomes in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in conducting interviews, preferably in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of interview techniques, assessment methods, and behavioral interviewing.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Work schedule

  • Up to 5 days a week
  • 4 - 6 hours per day (between 9AM - 6PM)
