We are looking for committed and passionate freelance translators to join the team!
Scope:
Translate and summarise articles and headlines into English-written summaries in a specific format.
Requirements:
Prior experience in freelance translation work
Attention to detail and some basic understanding of technical keyword terms and interpretation (briefing will be provided)
Good command of vernacular Chinese/ Malay/ English is required to perform the translation.
Able to work at allocated slot timing based on newspaper publish timings
Able to commit long-term will be preferred
Work arrangements:
The assignment is usually 2 to 3 hours per assigned slot. Weekday evening and weekend morning.
Freelancers can work from home using their own laptop devices.
