The internships span from Dec 2023 - May 2024 (Spring) with flexibility on the starting/ending dates. This includes a potential of conversion into full-time position. Candidates will be given a stipend, meal allowances as well as transport allowance when required.
The internship is based in our Singapore office with a hybrid work-from-home arrangement.
Job Description
- Assisting the team with coordinating the due diligence process of (prospective) borrowers / corporates.
- Assisting the team with the follow-up, operational and administrative correspondence with (prospective) potential investor lenders on admin and basic deal information-related matters
- Uploading material to/populating deal data rooms (the content of which will be available to investors)
- Maintaining, inputting, and updating data and relevant information to the online platform
- Assisting in the preparation of internal presentations and admin tasks, including HS management ppt covering the team budget and revenue
- Assist in direct client correspondence of administrative nature, such as arranging/(re-)scheduling meetings, follow-up/chaser emails, as well as taking notes during client meetings
