Marketing Intern (6 Months)
Responsibilities:
e-Commerce campaign management and support
- Responsible for creating web banners, hero images and other assets in digital formats to be used in e-commerce, that enhances the brand equity and clearly calls out feature and benefits, leading to purchase.
- Monthly tracking of Darlie versus competitors in e-commerce marketing activities and campaigns.
- Create best practice based on landscape (competitors and other categories inclusive).
- Form a communications plan for product listing.
e-Commerce Sales Operation
- Monitor daily fulfilment rates in Shopee / Lazada Seller Centre.
- Flag out any orders with Risk of Late Shipment. Follow-up with distributor to ensure orders are shipped on time.
- Monitor cancellation rates and compile orders that are non-fulfilled by DKSH on a weekly basis.
- Follow up on missing orders / consumer reviews / feedback.
New Products Listing and Virtual Bundles
- Start and maintain an item master for E-Commerce.
- Organise and rename hero images as per retailer's guidelines.
- Assist to fill up E-com listing template (item title, description, dimensions, cost and RSP).
Marketing Campaign Management and Support
- Website maintenance, campaign page creation, KOLs liaison.
- Support the marketing department in marketing administrative duties such as promotion notifications, competitive tracking (brick & click inclusive), point of sale materials, listing samples preparation.
Customer Experience Management
- Progressively learn to help in creating presentation slides/ product information, handle consumer feedback and enquiry.
Requirement:
- Currently in the schools of business/ business administration/ design/communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.
- Understands the e-commerce shopping environment.
- Pro-active and able to work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator will have added advantage.
- Interest in FMCG industry
