Job Description
- Customer account management and post-sale service
- Handle sales enquiries (website, emails, calls, reference) and quotation promptly
- Source new customers
- To work closely with internal departments
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Qualifications
- Nitec / Diploma / fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in related field is preferred
- Good customer service skills
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multitask
