We are looking for individuals with a heart to serve in the bereavement care industry.
Job Scope:
- Administrative work
- Human resource management
- Design and assist in the printing of collaterals
- Liaison with bereaved family members
- Preparation of the wake venue
- Coordination with external vendors to ensure smooth running of the entire funeral
- Assist in any events or talks conducted by Harmony Funeral Care
- Outreach to the public to educate them on death care planning
Requirements:
*Physically and mentally fit
*Able to speak in English and Chinese (Bonus to be able to speak in one or more dialects)
*Need to be compassionate and responsible
*Willing to work irregular hours
*Have a driving license
*Bonus to have experience in events or HR management
*Bonus to have Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint and Adobe Photoshop skills
