Food Preparation

• Strictly abiding all rules and following the company’s F&B preparation SOP
• Responsible for simple food preparation prior to cooking, cleaning, cutting and storage
• Perform frying, braising and blanching of food ingredients
• Observe strictly & to enforce food safety & hygiene practices
• Able to work independently during preparation hours

Quality Assurance

• Adhere to prescribe menu & serving guidelines such as food portioning & presentation
• Ensure the food quality standard for dine-in, delivery and take-away (or Pick-up) are consistent and of the highest serving quality;
• Conduct regular checks on food safety, hygiene and kitchen equipment maintenance.

Others

• Cleaning and Sanitizing of workstations: floor, exhaust, wall, refrigerator, etc.
• Willing and able to operate mobile devices like 3rd party delivery platform gadget
• Maintaining inventory list, stock management and ordering of food ingredients

Requirements:

1. Possess Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certification.
2. Work in F&B operations for at least 1-2 years.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and reliable.
5. Able to work efficiently under pressure.
6. Basic customer service skills.
7. Good work ethics (integrity, teamwork, punctuality, respect).
8. Energetic and high level of integrity
