Funbiz Marketing Pte Ltd is planning to expand its e-commerce business on various platforms and product distribution channels for both B2B and B2C markets.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, and self-driven E-Commerce and social media intern to join our team!

You will be overseeing customer care and e-commerce fulfilment on various platforms, and at the same time create a strong digital presence to promote better awareness of our brand values.
Leverage social media platforms to increase awareness and increase sales for our e-commerce platform and website.
We promote a culture of collaboration, kindness, and teamwork with our people to grow as a company.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
•Manage e-commerce platforms Lazada and Shopee seller center to ensure prompt order fulfillment and customer care.
•Support on Website and key e-commerce store management tasks including product listing, visual, content, campaign planning, and execution.
•Improve sales, traffic, and conversion rates for assigned stores and perform ROI analysis for future campaigns.
•Manage social media accounts, conceptualized visual and content write-up for social media posting.
•Adminstrative support.
Requirements
• Experience in digital marketing and/or eCommerce online platform /Marketing environment.
• Good Knowledge of computer applications with proficiency in design software Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Good knowledge in social media, content planning, and content development.
• Positive attitude, able to work independently (with minimal supervision), strong work ethic, and good team player.
• Able to commit for 4 - 6 months. Interns with good performance may be considered for full-time positions.
