Reporting to the Marketing Associate & Country Manager, the Design & Photography Intern will join our marketing team and play a crucial role in driving business results through impactful designs and images. The perfect candidate would have the ability to think strategically & creatively, have a good eye for design & photography, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Work with Marketing Associate & Country Manager in driving business results through effective & aggressive marketing plan for 2020/21 Create digital collaterals for website, email marketing & social media Capture & edit photos for product shots and styling shots Design print collaterals for product packaging whenever necessary Proactively participate in marketing decisions, including market research, planning, content ideation, prioritisation, and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns Assist with other assignments when required

REQUIREMENTS: Great Photoshop & Illustrator skills Good photography skills (Basic photography knowledge is sufficient) Copywriting skills are a plus Ability to translate business inputs to impactful & delightful design works A love for flowers, gifting, and making people happy! A strong sense of urgency, responsibility, focus, discipline, and continuous learning No prior experience in floristry necessary Comfortable working independently, and as part of a (very small!) team Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

INTERNSHIP PERIOD: At least 3 months, preferably from beginning November 2020 - end February 2021.
