Intern, HR Business Analytics (Available Immediately)
We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to assist with business analytics and HR-related tasks.
- Able to commit for Full-Time or Part Time Internship (min. 4 days/week) for a minimum of 3 months starting immediately.
- You need to be based in Singapore and we are unable to take in foreign students on a student pass.
Responsibilities:
- Check data to ensure accuracy and consistency of figures.
- Consolidate monthly global reports for business operations.
- Create and update HR-related or business reports that can be used for subsequent analysis by the team.
- Communicate the results of data analysis to team members.
- Assist with the general day-to-day HR administration.
- Provide support in the recruitment process, such as scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates.
- Any other HR duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Preferably students in their final year of study or graduates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and ability to work with large datasets.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated and possess a positive learning attitude at work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
