The Sales Operations Associate will be a core function for the operational activities relating to the business team's needs.
- Work in a lean and strong team to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention using various forms of offline and online channels
- Manage posting of jobs on various channels as per requirement and varying geographies
- Provide insights after monitoring stats for underperforming jobs
- Ongoing production of all collateral for ongoing job requirements for clients
- Help with interview scheduling of ongoing requirements
- Collect post interview feedback for all candidates
- Gathering testimonials on the HackerTrail experience from the community
- Partnership outreach with communities for online/offline events and assist in planning offline events for HackerTrail
