Habitat One Pte Ltd – Interior Designer / Draftsperson

We are looking for young interior designers with responsible and positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be one who keen to learn and passionate in design. 

Assist Senior designers (with Mentorship) in :

1. Preparing design drawings and plans using software such as AutoCAD & SketchUp
2. Helping to create 3D renderings and visualizations of design concepts
3. Preparation of material mood boards, presentation slides and contribute to design discussion
4. Prepare design development and construction drawing (plans, elevation, sections and details)
5. Conducting research on materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other design elements
6. Helping to source and select furniture, fixtures, and finishes
7. Supervision and liaison for on going project included site visit
8. Attend meetings and discussions with client as well as vendors
9.  Preparing and maintaining project documentation

Skills requirements : 

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketch-up
2. Committed, Responsible, team player and self-motivated 
3. Passionate and positive working attitude
4. Keen to learn, to enhance knowledge and skills
