Job Responsibilities

• Assisting the Manager to handle daily operations and inventory
• Perform stock related duties, including receiving, sending, picking, packing, un-packing, labelling, inspection of goods and medicines
• Print delivery notes, sorting of goods & packing with care according to delivery notes
• Maintain good housekeeping and conduct accurate stock-taking
• Liaise with Logistics team to meet product fulfilment timeline
• Resolve customer queries and issues over e-commerce platforms
• Handle customer self-pickup at collection unit
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements

• Candidates without prior working experience are welcome to apply
• Suitable for candidates on school break looking for internship
• Minimum GCE N Level/O Level
• Able to commit during office hours: Mon-Fri 9am-7pm (part-time position also available)
• Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office
• Meticulous and has initiative; Team player with positive can-do attitude
• Able to work in fast paced environment with accuracy
• Experience in logistics/supply chain or e-commerce platforms will be advantageous
• Weekend availability during sales period is advantageous (overtime pay is available)
• Immediate availability is advantageous
