About Us

Growth.sg is a management consultancy headquartered in Singapore, focused on digital growth channels, marketing, and technology. With a team hailing from startups, marketplaces, and platforms. We pride ourselves as a firm which is very close to micro and small business owners, in terms of empathy for their business needs.

Our work revolves around consulting SMEs on the channels they should enter, and setting up those digital processes, campaigns, and assets. It generally extends to social media, paid ads, and SEO/CRM.

Our Culture

We believe strongly in being a strategic counsel/advisor to any client or partner, and are always in for long-term partnership rather than short-term benefits. Working at firms like ours is definitely tough, but fulfilling. Intense sessions, racking your brains, being pushed to your limits every day, and improving your work through the harshest feedback, but that’s where the personal growth occurs.

We are a highly meritocratic, equal-opportunity employer, and every one who makes it through our door will be entrusted with real responsibility - beyond just buying coffee or stapling paper. Your average work day will be intense, but we informally relax in the evenings through online chit-chats - we’re flat - you can literally ping anyone for a chat at any time (just respect their calendars!)

Past and present employees (project-based and firmwide) have also appreciated our 100% flexible work arrangement, open communication culture, and constant professional guidance (or mentorship) given to them. So, join us today!

Job Description

General Job Scope

  • Conduct all graphic and web/UI design activity for clients. These clients are SMEs in Singapore who are going onto digital platforms and require a strong, modern website
  • Lead and conduct subsequent project communication with clients, advising them from the UI and website elements' best practices.
  • Brainstorm, strategize, and create web content for clients and the company
  • Understanding the entire business and branding direction of clients, and provide creative support for web channels
  • Participate in consulting and strategizing process for clients’ website marketing directions (such as SEM, SEO, etc.)
  • Join the social media management and paid advertising team to bounce around ideas and strategies for clients (this is the fun part - collaboration!)
  • Support and provide automation and workflows for our firm's campaigns, business development activities, and websites, through data, analytics, and platforms

Requirements

  • (mandatory) Domiciled in, or legal authorisation to work in Singapore
  • A strong future-of-work mindset - independence in work, and an ability to leverage learning opportunities in an unstructured manner without being spoon-fed
  • Undeniably hardworking, strong resilience, willingness to learn, and desire to build your career as a digital consultant. Your dictionary has no entry for "difficult".
  • You take a crazy amount of pride in your work, always believes that quality should be your hallmark, and you are never satisfied submitting a piece of work that’s 99.99% good.
  • A portfolio of previous website/digital platforms work from previous internships or clients (or even friends and your school clubs if you are still studying)
  • Strong and proven proficiency with relevant tools: including WordPress.org, SiteGround, FTP, Google Ads, Canva, video editing/production software, SEO tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Your university major does not matter - what matters is that you have an eye for design, the latest web trends, and that you have slight OCD - striving for perfection in everything you build - you are the master of your craft.
  • Hands-on experience (i.e. not simply advisory work) or aptitude in graphic/web design, video production, front-end programming, some database programming, website management, content/blog management, etc.
  • Good to have: any other digital marketing skills such as marketing, branding, copywriting, Google/FB Paid Ads, etc.
