Job Description
Core Data Supports
- Conducts reference checks and follow up within the stipulated timeline; liaise with the candidates to rectify any discrepancies in employment period
- Prepares and obtain sign-off for HR related correspondences
- Prepare Reports (i.e D&B, Monthly Grab List) for new joiners and resignees
Staff Benefits & Compliance
- Update medical insurance master listing on weekly basis; send staff movement report to insurer for addition and deletion of medical coverage and send medical card to new joiners.
- Process staff medical claim to insurer
- Assists to retrieve SAF100 from YODA and approve the National Service Leave application and send SAF100 to Payroll Team for claim submission from MINDEF.
- Assist to reset YODA password as and when requested by staff.
- Prepare Compulsory Leave Report and Leave Taken Reports for Group Treasury & Market and Banknote Operation on monthly basis.
- Assist to request and check samples upon receipt of Data Leaking Prevention (DLP) report from IT Dept.
