Our work revolves around consulting SMEs on the channels they should enter, and setting up those digital processes, campaigns, and assets. It generally extends to marketplaces, websites, microsites, social media, paid ads, data analytics, and SEO/CRM.
The Opportunity
Growth.sg is looking for a star Digital Marketing Consultant Intern to wear many hats and help scale our business to the next frontier.
What You’ll Learn
- Copywriting, Content Creation, Graphic Design
- Creating content for company/clients blog and social media pages
- Rebranding of clients’ website, writing content that demonstrate company’s vision and purpose
- Designing of marketing collateral
Social Media Management
- Monitoring of campaigns' running status and keeping them healthy by analysing marketing data and reviewing key metrics on a daily basis
- Plan content schedule and manage social media for Growth.sg and our clients
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media and web) as well as monitoring social media campaigns and social postings
- Account management of our online marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook ads, tik-tok etc.)
Marketing Consulting
- Consult with clients on how to adjust tactics based on marketing goals and performance trends
- Research and keep abreast of the current & new marketing trends in the industry
- Develop ideas and create impactful content for our corporate website, ads, campaigns, social media, feeds, etc.Support sales team to general leads through research and cold emails (cold calling where necessary)
Project Management
- Closely managing and driving projects, roadmaps, milestones, timeline and achievements
- Coordinates the scheduling of assets online and ensures adequate exposure for every deal
- Support project management team in providing insights and data analysis to push projects
- Develop practical solutions for growth of client satisfaction with service delivery and ensure smooth running of internal operations
- Manage budgets and costs effectively
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) is preferred.
- Ability to work in an independent, fast-paced, startup environment, and be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Team player, confident and go-getter under pressure
- Computer skills, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and social media.
- Comfortable speaking to, influencing, and building trust-based, value-added relationships with clients and partners
