Job Description
We are looking for an admin executive/receptionist to join our team on a full time basis. This position is open to Singaporeans only.
Location: 541 Choa Chu Kang Street 52, Block 541, Singapore 680541
Timings: Weekdays 2pm - 6pm, Saturday 8.45am - 12.45pm
Salary: $8/hour - $9/hour (Or a monthly contract basis depending on interview)
Job scope:
• Handle basic administrative work (parent enquiries, name lists, payment collection)
• Frontline communication with parents (Handling walk-in enquiry and queries through phone/text)
• Manage class schedule for teachers and students (arrange make up lessons, notify changes in schedule)
• Assist teachers with the preparation of lesson material (printing, filing)
• Assist in fetching students from school opposite of the student care centre
Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Able to work on weekends (working hours: weekdays 12-9.30pm, weekends 8am to 5pm)
• Experience with social media is a plus point but not a must
• Photoshop or video editing skills is a plus (candidates with this skillset can be remunerated accordingly
• (Preferred) Ability to type in Chinese in Microsoft office
