About the Job:
- Recruit and lead a small team of developers
- Architect, design, and implement new sections/features/content for our web application
- Fully participate in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including documentations
- Build and deploy Restful APIs
- Build and maintain scalable and high performing web solutions
- Discuss technical solutions with business team
- Provide innovative new ideas to solutions
- Work with internal and external stakeholders across other partner apps to troubleshoot issues across the backend systems
- Constantly seeking to develop yourself by learning new technologies
- Keeping abreast of your markets developments
- Well-versed in modern web technologies, both from a technology point of view, as well as from an operational point of view

About You:
- A good Degree in Information Technology.
- At least 4 years of experience in Fullstack Development
- At least 1 year of experience in leading a small team in the capacity of a Senior Developer or Technical Lead
- Experiences on working on high performance, scalable service-based systems using NodeJS
- JavaScript/HTML/SCSS development experience working on high-traffic, dynamic websites
- Good working knowledge of ReactJS
