Job Description

We are Grey Singapore, aiming to build the best 21st-century agency, on a foundation of Famously Effective work and with a culture that’s fast, collaborative and fearless in pursuit of ideas that go beyond advertising.

We are looking for an HR Intern to join our HR team and work closely with both the Local and Regional team. The scope of work includes but not limited to:

  • Recruitment Coordination
  • Posting jobs on various portals
  • Basic phone interview with candidates
  • Interview Arrangement (booking meeting rooms, sending interview details to candidates and hiring managers, booking calendars)
  • On-boarding Process
  • Liaise with IT/PAs on stationery, fingerprint registration, IT equipment; help on corporate mobile enrolment
  • Prepare the on boarding pack
  • Prepare name cards for new joiners
  • HR Admin
  • Work Pass Application & Renewal for foreigners
  • Creation of P- files and E-Files
  • Leave process and medical claims
  • Preparing employment letters, Visa application letters, PR application document
  • Handle invoice for Interns and freelancers
  • Help on the organization of internal Company events
  • Exit interview process
  • Prepare Acceptance of Resignation Letter/Calculation of leave balance
  • Send Exit Interview Form / Exit Clearance Form to Staff
  • Coordinate exit meeting
  • Any ad-hoc duties as and when required by supervisor

Required Skills and Experience

  • Independent, self-driven and good team player
  • Processed oriented. 
  • Cheerful and outgoing personality
  • Excellent command of English and Microsoft office skills (Excel, Pivot Table, V-Lookup, PowerPoint)
