Job Description
- Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence, reporting requirements and documentation, including personal details of all new staff members and updating and accurately maintaining data of all existing employees.
- Co-ordinate recruitment activities and on-boarding process for new joiners.
- Assist with the monthly report on all existing contract staff for month end reconciliation purpose.
- Assist in the work pass application processes.
- Maintains training record for all employees.
- Coordinate leavers’ exit process.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
