We are looking for an exceptionally motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, curious and skilled Account Executive/Snr Account Executive who will be working on several local flagship accounts as well as regional/global accounts.
Role Description:
- Play a key role in the development of GREY the brand and be the ambassador for the agency, the brand and the company
- Connect the network and its capabilities working with the direct manager to grow GREY’s reputation and business
- Builds solid working relationships with the team, clients and Grey network. Understands the client’s business and current industry trend.
- Monitors all media for relevant information on competitive activities and market developments.
- Assists the team in the implementation and execution of all projects.
- Presents information and ideas in an articulate, compelling and clear manner. Writes effectively.
- Assists in preparing precise briefs to creative and other multi-disciplined teams and provides them relevant background information on customers, markets and competitors.
- Learns to develop good judgment of ingenious brand building creative ideas.
- Recognizes and nurture ideas that will most effectively see the client’s brands.
- Builds receptive client attitude to creative efforts.
- Keeps all teams involved, informed of relevant brand and competitive activity.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Regional/Global exposure with production experience
- Min. Diploma and above
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
- Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team
- Able to understand the competitive dynamics both of the client’s and company’s business
- Able to assess market information, clients’ brief, strategic input from other departments to develop effective communication recommendations and programmes
