Job Description

• Assisting with scheduling and preparing disbursements and obtaining relevant authorizations for payment
• Preparation of payment vouchers
• Assist with accounts payable aging list
• Some translation work required for internal documents from Chinese to English
• Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Undergraduate in Accounting /Finance
• Proficient in Chinese and English writing skills
• Proactive with a positive attitude
• Meticulous, high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
