- Job Description
- Assist in initial assessment of your facility to determine your needs and the requirements for Good Manufacturing Practices* (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems (gap analysis)
- Assist in creating a work plan for developing and implementing your food safety system
- Assist in Implementation of FSM systems
- Assist in Development of a record keeping system
- Assistance with the preparation for auditing and recognition (ex: internal audit)
- Assist in Maintenance of GMP/HACCP system (follow-up after recognition)
- Involved in Technical knowledge in general food safety handling
