Job Description

Job Summary:

To provide administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth running of corporate and office operations. The role involves assisting with administrative, HR, and event-related tasks, supporting internal teams, and contributing to the overall efficiency of office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Assist in the preparation of corporate letters, reports, and other official documents.
  • Support the coordination and logistics of events, meetings, and staff functions.
  • Help manage office supplies and maintain communication with vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating staff leave records.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between internal departments and external partners.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Corporate or Admin team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
