Who We Are
We are a green business which leverages on behavioural insights to reduce excessive waste, educate and advocate for lower environment footprint at events and functions. This is done through our learning journeys, workshops and activations with corporates, community groups and schools. In doing so, we create a normative shift in the way we create and deal with waste in Singapore.
Mission
To raise awareness on environmental issues; drive collaboration among like-minded stakeholders and encourage sustainable behaviours in Singapore
Vision
To be the thought leader in Singapore’s green scene and drive long term sustainable practices and behaviours.
As a new business doing social and environmental good, we are still at the developing phase of our operations and would like to seek people who are keen to learn to make a meaningful impact to join us.

Key Responsibilities
As an intern, you will:
- Conceptualise and design marketing collaterals
- Assist in brainstorming, creating and executing digital marketing and content creation, particularly for our website.
- Prepare for and attend meetings with stakeholders in the public, private and people sectors
- Help out in execution of pilot tests, site recce and events
- Develop expertise in sustainability practices and behavioural science
- Be responsible for your own learning progress and development
Minimum Requirements
- You are willing to take up the challenge and hustle along
- You take pride in your work with a can-do spirit!
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and takes the initiative to work out things yourself
- You don’t mind working in a dynamic environment (literally), both indoors and outdoors
- You may have to work on certain weekends to participate in the events that are being held
- You have at least 3 months to spend with us
Desirable
- Demonstrate interest in areas of design or marketing, particularly on sustainability or behavioural insights
- You want to learn the ropes of starting a business or initiative of your own
What we are not
- Asking you to make coffee or order drinks for us
- Asking you to take photos and design for us for free
- Asking you to work overtime on purpose
- Hiring individuals who are comfortable with only indoor OR outdoor working preference - you will be expected to do both
- Looking for people who hope to boost their resume with a cool looking internship term, but not contributing much
