We are a green business which leverages on behavioural insights to reduce excessive waste, educate and advocate for lower environment footprint at events and functions. This is done through our learning journeys, workshops and activations with corporates, community groups and schools. In doing so, we create a normative shift in the way we create and deal with waste in Singapore.

As a business doing social and environmental good, we are at the developing phase of our operations and would like to seek two interns who are cause driven and keen to learn to make a meaningful impact to join us at Green Nudge in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
As an intern of a green startup, you will be exposed to a wide range of tasks including:
- Prepare for and attend meetings with stakeholders in the public, private and people sectors
- Create and implement sales and marketing strategies that enable companies in Singapore to include sustainability planning to their processes
- Assist in brainstorming, creating and executing digital marketing and content creation for both online and offline media
- Develop expertise in sustainability practices and behavioural science
As a Startup Intern looking at Research and Operations, your primary role will include:
- Undertaking research on the green landscape in Singapore, and may include various sectors such as environmental studies, behavioural science or design
- Set up internal directions by building up basic processes and procedures of the company
All team members will also be required to carry out the following:
- Help out in the implementation and execution of pilot tests, site recces and events, including taking charge of logistics, equipment and timelines
- Facilitate learning journeys or workshops to a wide range of audience from pre-schoolers to corporates
Minimum Requirements
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and takes the initiative to work out things yourself
- You are willing to take up the challenge and hustle along
- You take pride in your work with a can-do spirit!
- You don’t mind working in both indoors and outdoors
- You may have to work on certain weekends to participate in the events that are being held
Desirable
- Demonstrate interest in areas of design, marketing, sustainability or behavioural insights
- You want to learn the ropes of starting a business or initiative of your own
