Job Scope:
- Represent the company in any legal forum or negotiation
- Advise on contract status, legal implications, possible risks, any legal liability that the company may faced
- Help draft Terms and Condition, Policy that is suitable for the mobile app.
- Conduct necessary research to anticipate any unique or unforeseen legal issues that may have an impact on the company, its clients, its staff, or its operations
- Work closely with all company departments, investors, stakeholders, clients, and staff to ensure the legality of all company actions and transactions
- Daily report with the tasks executed
- Cross over team contribution – we need a team player!
- Have loads of fun while learning – we progress together!
Job requirement:
- Have a good law degree will be an advantage, if not, don’t worry! If you are knowledgeable with good attitude, we would love to have you onboard.
- Have relevant PQE will be an advantage
- Prior experience working in startup will be an advantage
- Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills
- Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Strict adherence to time and set deadlines
- Capacity to work independently and report situation
- Have good understanding of Singapore/ International intellectual Property Law (i.e. Trademarks, Patents and Copyright)
