Preparation of recruitment interviews

Preparation of summaries and proposals

Filing, scanning, emails, design greeting cards/EDMs

Communicating with corporate staff for quotes and other work related queries

Coordinating team events

Job Requirements:

Candidates with similar experiences of minimum of 1-2 years would be preferred

ITE grads/Diploma holders

Proficiency in English & Mandarin

Organised and reliable

Proficiency in Microsoft office and Canva apps

Salary: $1,700 to $2,000/month (negotiable)

*Yearly increment depending on performance

1 month probation before confirmation of job

Working Hours: 10am-6pm
