Our consultants are GAP (Google Advertising Professional) and we focus mainly on Search Engine Marketing and Social Media Marketing. We had managed digital campaigns locally, Asia Pacific and worldwide.

After developing a successful stream of clientele, we venture into organization development consultancy. Our scope of work ranges from development, implementation, planning, training and mentoring as well as workplace flexibility and redesign using psychometric. We are a Ministry of Manpower (MOM) pre-approved Work-Life organization and Spring Singapore Recognized Accredited Certified Consulting firm.

Job Description

We are looking for suitable candidates to assist us in the scope of business development :

 To Create awareness, manage marketing communication, branding and event services.

 Recommending corporate training and team building programmes for enterpise learning and development

 Actively prospecting and pursuing sales and including sourcing and developing new leads and conduct

sales visit.

 Create business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;researching analyzing sales options.

 Engaging in full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

 Engaging in business development of new clients or new projects opportunities.

 Telemarketing, Email marketing and attend networking and social events to source leads.

 Pitch and present to clients. Write proposal, surveying and prepare quotations (guidance will be provided)

 Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.

 Attending to customers enquiries and campaign management of existing clientele.

 To provide marketing management in terms of the handling of sales transactions as well as customer

service and customer retainment and renewal. Researching, recommending new opportunities;

ecommending profit and service improvements.

 Conceptualize, plan, monitor, manage and execute projects for clients with budget and timeline.
