We are looking for a Food and Beverage Kitchen Intern with enthusiasm and dedication to join our team and help out with the smooth running of our restaurant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support chefs in kitchen operations daily tasks
- Gain exposure to food preparation in cold and hot kitchens
- Acquire skills in inventory management and food waste management
- Utilise a range of kitchen equipment such as cutters, knives and mixers
- Ensure high quality level of food presentation and production
- Assist to maintain cleanliness and condition of work station

- Perform other tasks if required
- Able to do shift work
