Drake International – Designer, Creative / Graphic (Regional, B2B, Digital)

Responsibilities

• Understand business directives behind the creative work and transform it into creative artwork using the appropriate media and style and in accordance to branding guidelines
• Rebrand existing materials (E.g. product labels, brochures, charts, video etc) to new design template & adaptation of global material to regional/local needs
• Produce new materials and visuals to support marketing projects including product launches and trade shows e.g. brochures, charts, exhibition panels & banners, powerpoint slides, infographics, icons, illustrations
• Support digital marketing projects e.g. create and blast e-mailers using email marketing tool; create and maintain google sites using content management program, create email signature or interactive web banners, animated explainer video using online tools and edit video.
• Ability to work with a good range of media and design software, including photography and computer-aided design; proofreading to deliver accurate and high quality work.
• Ability to contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
• Commmuicate with and coordinate across various internal and external stakeholders to deliver on marketing initiatives
• Ensure proper documentation and filling of design related materials

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience in Graphic Design / Print Production and managing agency
• Possess knowledge in print production
• Comfortable working in a B2B industry with B2B material, brand templates and guidelines
• Experience in managing agency
• Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Video editing software
• Good team player, meticulous, committed and responsible
• Speaking Chinese is required to communicate with associates
