Grand Banks Marine Group is a Singapore-listed builder of luxury motor yachts, bringing together four brands under one advanced global shipyard: Palm Beach (PB), Grand Banks (GB), Grand Tourer (GT) and Eastbay (EB). Seventy years of craftsmanship stand behind the name, and today, that craftsmanship is being paired with a new generation of digital tools and talent.
GBM’s ambition is to transform the way we operate into a digital shipyard : a live, connected model of the six-stage build process (Pre-Contracts, Design, Purchasing & Stores, Production, Quality Control and Commissioning, Delivery) where every build's data (jobsheets, CRM, schedule, cost, quality) is linked from contract to delivery, enabling efficiencies and close client relationships. At GBM, a student or graduate joining the digital transformation effort isn't maintaining a mature platform. You are helping to build the data foundation of an organization from the ground up, with direct visibility to management and a real production floor to test ideas against.
If you are interested in AI, applied engineering or digital transformation in the engineering / manufacturing industry, this is a chance to apply core technical skills to a company focused on high quality and efficiency, that is just beginning its digital journey.
