1. Follow the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new product recipes and preparation techniques.
2. To ensure that mise-en-place is completed in the section.
3. Ensure all food products are stored properly in their appropriate fridges and storage containers throughout the shift.
4. Maintain work area, kitchen items equipment & personal attire in hygienic conditions according to the SOP/rules set by the Company.
5. Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
6. Monitor basic cooking preparation techniques and utilization of knives.
7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Possess a good and positive work attitude.
9. Team player.
10. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
