Job Description

Team Description:

- The growth team consists of a diverse background: 4 functions (products, engineering, strategy & operations, data)

- Our mission is to unlock exponential growth for Grab across the region, in the most cost-efficient way possible 


What you will learn or be exposed to:

- Fast-paced working environment at one of the largest startup in SEA

- Behavioral insights on what drives our passengers & drivers to take more rides

- Cross-functional team experience from working closely with the strategy & operations team, products team, data team & engineering team


Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Coordinating and executing effective communication campaigns across various channels (e.g. in-app notification, EDM, SMS, etc.)

- Writing copy or developing content for communication collateral 

- Analysis and reporting of post-experiment results

- Assist on all ad-hoc and administrative aspects of implementing Growth experiments


Requirements:

  • Have or currently doing a Bachelor's degree, preferably with major in communications and/or marketing
  • Preference applicants who have HTML and Photoshop experience
  • Student Applicant need to be available for a Full time internship for a minimum of at least 3 months to 6 months tenure.  

Soft Skills Requirement:-

  • Extremely organized, with high attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and able to write one other South East asian language i.e. Chinese, Bahasa Indonesian, Tagalog, Vietnamese
