Human Resource Intern – Gourmet Food Holdings
You will explore the various Human Resource functions, design and implement solutions to improve business performance. Support the delivery of Standard Operation Policies (SOPs) for talent management and processes relating to hiring, onboarding, performance management and HR digitisation. Maintenance of employee data and records and various other HR Initiatives, which include streamlining the current processes and assisting in other HR ad-hoc projects.
We are offering 1 Internship position for a duration of 6 months where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly motivated people.
Job Scope:
Assist to create SOPs and HR policies for the Company including and not limited to
Employee Handbook/HR Manual
Recruitment
Onboarding/Orientation
Payroll Process
Employee Benefits
Grievance Handling
Employee Discipline
Performance Mapping and Annual Appraisals
Exit Process
Gather market salary information
Develop information databases of Employee directories and Employment records
Prepare templates and forms for General HR documentation
Consolidate the Job Descriptions of the various job positions offered
Maintain e-filing of Resumes and contact details of job applicants for future reference
Explore the different channels for posting jobs and Talent Search
Requirements:
The candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Good interpersonal communication and written skills
Proficient in MS Office
Able to commit for at least 6 months
Able to work under minimal supervision
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented
