Job Description

Brief overview

GorillaSpace is looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growing team in Singapore.   You will help us “oil the engine” in both sales & marketing teams.  This position is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing tech startup in corporate real estate. You will gain insight and experience with a tech startup and experience life as an entrepreneur. Working closely with the founders and awesome teammates, your day will be varied and interesting. We promise you will learn many life-long skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop good relationships with customers via all GorillaSpace channels of communication: phone, live chats and emails.

Expand on knowledge of all GorillaSpace products, inventory and services

Develop marketing materials including printed collaterals and content

Deliver personalized service with high quality

Share customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders in order to improve and evolve our product, service and customer experience.

Generate surveys and analyze feedback to determine customer satisfaction

Contribute to a positive, energetic and fun-loving team culture.

Excellent written, verbal and listening skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Enthusiasm for real estate – and a curiosity to learn

A happy, positive attitude that empowers you to assist our customers every day.
