Job Description

DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our awesome team! As a Digital Marketing Executive at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. 

Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.

  • Manage all of our different platforms and channels and to ensure that all messaging is consistent across all the different platforms. 

  • Stay up to date with the latest technology, competition and best practices

  • Measure ROI and KPIs

  • Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget

  • Oversee all the company's social media accounts

  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics

  • Build an inbound marketing plan

  • Forecast sales performance trends 

  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

  • Carry out various channel initiatives and provide data-driven feedback on their performance.

  • Conduct research on brand awareness and associations.

  • Conduct working level engagements with business functions to identify new products and develop marketing campaigns.

  • Design marketing campaign theme to enhance engagements with new products and promotions.

  • Execute marketing channel enhancements and review them to support enhancement approaches.

  • Maintain organization's social media platforms and digital marketing channels to align with branding strategies.

  • Review buyer, seller and customer data to plan target profiling.

  • Review industry landscape, digital marketing technologies and competitor products to plan marketing strategies.

  • Review performance of marketing campaigns based on campaign targets to identify areas of improvement.

  • Support the use of technologies, electronic tools and devices.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to adopt new digital marketing technologies for current marketing processes.

  • Proposing and curating content for all of our different platforms from articles, videos and whatever that is required to.

  • Management of Customer Service for our company and proposing improvements to see how we level up our customer service.

  • Management of all of our company systems and familiarising for future implementations.

  • Working closely with vendors to ensure the updates of all of these platforms are executed and bugs are fixed on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Chinese (Both written and speaking)

  • 1 to 3 years of work experience preferred, but if none can still apply

  • Must be familiar with Adobe softwares

  • Must be able to do basic video editing

  • Must be familiar with all the different social media platforms

Remuneration 

$2,500 to $3,000
