- Job Description
Intern / Part Time - Clinic Assistant
Job Purpose
- Responsible for management of day-to-day operations of clinics to maintain optimal operating function
Job Requirement
- Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
- General administrative duties in the clinic assigned by the clinic supervisor/manager
- Updating of medical billings/invoices
- Responsible for monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
- Assisting Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination
- Willing to work shifts (morning / afternoon / night shift)
Working Schedule:
- Monday: 9am - 1pm
- Tuesday: 9am - 1pm or 6pm - 9pm
- Thursday: 6pm - 9pm
- Saturday (alternate): 9am - 1pm
- Adhoc cover if full time staff on MC/on leave
Salary: $10 to $12 (depending on experience)
