Project Title: 

Developing of interactive training materials 

Project Introduction: 

Wafer Fabrication is the fundamental of all electronics and its applications in the semiconductor supply chain. There are many modules and steps involved in the wafer fabrication. Employees must be equipped with the knowledge and skills to perform tasks; hence training is an important element. Interactive training materials (i.e videos) will enhance the learning experience and help employees to master the skillsets more effectively.

We are looking for someone with digital video/photo editing skills + keen interests and passion in creating content for our company’s training platform.

 Project Description 

• Conceptualize, plan (including storyboarding), conduct video/photo shoots, and editing using applicable software(s) to produce audio-capturing short clips
• Update current technical training materials using Microsoft office and articulate 360 software.
• Create graphics, posters & marketing collaterals under L&D group
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to produce bite-sized videos based on latest trend

Project Outcome

Interns will gain insights and experience in the semiconductor industry. Through the making of training materials and involvement in training events, interns would also get to hone their skills in photography, videography with professional equipment. The student will also get to understand the full foundry operations and also acquiring interpersonal and communication skills. 

Required Qualifications:

*this internship is only open for students seeking a self-sourced credit-based Polytechnic internship / professional attachment from Sep/Oct 2023 - Feb 2024**

Currently pursuing an education in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Chemical / Material Science Engineering / Computer and Communication / Media

Basic experience in photography / videography 

Experience / Basic proficiency in video editing software, such as DaVinci, Adobe Premier Pro
