Job Description

INTERNSHIP ROLE: Office Admin Intern
INTERNSHIP DURATION: Minimum 6 months (Immediate start)
ALLOWANCE: S$1,100 per month
WORKING SCHEDULE: 5 Days per week
LOCATION: 300 Beach Road (The Concourse)

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) only, or candidates holding valid WHP / LTVP with work rights in Singapore (employer does not have quota for Work Pass or Training Employment Pass).
  • Candidates must be available to start immediately.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months internship.
  • Final year and final semester students only.
  • Must be open to conversion to a full-time position after the internship.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative Support

  • Assist in daily office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage correspondence, scheduling, and general office coordination.

HR Support

  • Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate documentation.
  • Support onboarding processes and maintain basic employee records.

Finance Administration

  • Provide administrative support for finance-related documentation.
  • Assist in tracking invoices, receipts, and payment records.

Document Management

  • Maintain proper filing and organization of documents in both digital and physical formats.
  • Ensure records are updated and easily accessible.

Marketing Support

  • Assist with simple marketing tasks and promotional activities.
  • Support preparation of marketing materials and coordination of campaigns.

Preferred Skills

  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
