F&B SERVICES INTERNSHIP (Non-Halal)

1. Employer: International Hotel
2. Allowance: Basic S$1000 - S$1400 / Month 
3. Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week (44 hours per week; overtime compensated).
4. Location: Orchard Road, Singapore
5. Position Title: F&B Services Intern (Non-Halal)
6. Duration: Minimum 6 months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the daily setup, service, and closing of the restaurant.
• Greet and attend to guests, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Take and process food & beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
• Support the team in maintaining outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Replenish supplies, tableware, and condiments as needed.
• Handle guest requests and escalate feedback to supervisors when necessary.
• Participate in training and development sessions provided by the hotel.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by Supervisors/Managers.
