Job Description

HR Executive (Contact) [Temp - Cover Maternity]


Job Responsibilities

  • Managing & administration of the company payroll and ensuring compliance & accuracy in monthly payroll activities.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as posting job advertisement in job portals, interview arrangements, work pass related matters, logistics arrangement for onboarding new staff (eg. Staff access pass, photos, welcome kit etc).
  • Statutory contributions and submission – NS Claims, Government-paid leave claims, any other training grant.
  • Responsible for the coordination and administration of employee welfare and benefit programmes such as leave administration, insurance policies renewal, medical card, staff pass, medical expense claims submission, etc.
  • Verify Employee’s submitted insurance claim forms before forwarding to Insurer for processing
  • Co-ordinate Training & Development programmes
  • Participate in HR-related projects and Office Services assigned by the HR Manager from time to time.

Work Experience & Qualification

  • Experience in HRM and familiar with Singapore Employment Act
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong in MS Excel
  • Strong office organization and administration skill
  • Good communication skills
  • Systematic, able to manage filing/database system efficiently
  • Min 2 years of payroll experience, end-to-end payroll processing will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with SAP Success Factor / Time-Soft Payroll System preferred.

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
