Job Responsibilities
Support existing staff in new system launching & implementation
Support finance activities such as GIN matching, data entry, filing & etc
Provide support in coordination and administration to Finance Team
Participate in Finance-related projects assigned by the Manager – Finance from time to time.
Technical Skills and Competencies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong in MS Excel
Basic book-keeping / finance background Strong office organization and administration skill
Good communication skills Systematic, able to manage filing/database system efficiently
