Job Scope

• Collect, input and maintain accurate employee records on the following information within SAP : Personal data,Organizational information etc
• Participate in HRIS project to include development of business processes and procedures for collection, input and maintenance of employee records
• Assist in reports preparation
• Data mining

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree/ undergrad in Business Administration or equivalent, preferably within Human Resources
• Some experience with HRIS and/or ERP system will be a bonus
• Working knowledge of human resource practices
• Proficient in database management, MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint
• Analytical and have good sense with numbers
• Immediately available.
• Period needed – 6 to 12 months
