To perform receptionist duties and assist on daily HR administration matters.
Reception Duties
- Answering of incoming phone calls
- Attending to walk-in enquiries
- Distribution of incoming documents to the respective outlets
- Cheque collection for suppliers
HR Administrative Matters & Admin Support
- Arranging and schedule interviews
- Issuance of name tag & cards for new staff (Front Desk Executive & Chamermaid)
- Arrange for blazer fitting; ordering and distribution of uniforms
- Sending uniforms for laundry services
- Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Monday to Friday (9am to 6.30pm)
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
- Able to commence work immediately
