Film Producer Intern / Part Time (AI Teacher Stories & Workshops)


About the Role

You will support the production of GIEG’s global AI teacher community content. This includes daily micro-videos, teacher interviews, educational shorts, and content for workshops and online groups.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating production across all phases (100-day content cycle, teacher interviews, workshops).

  • Manage timelines, scripts, filming schedules, interview logistics, and content workflows.

  • Collaborate with scriptwriter, editor, guest teachers, AI experts, and social media team.

  • Oversee asset organization, file naming, and cloud-based media management.

  • Support development of webinar templates, community engagement content, and workshop materials (Phase 3–4).

  • Contribute to creative direction on pacing, visual style, and storyline for educator-focused videos.

Requirements

  • Student in Film, Media Production, Mass Communication, Digital Content, or similar.

  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and project management skills.

  • Interest in teacher development, AI in education, and global learning.

  • Ability to collaborate well across creative and academic teams.

  • (Bonus) Experience coordinating interviews, podcasts, or documentary-style content.

  • (Bonus) Familiarity with AI tools for production planning, transcription, or content generation.
